Throwing up feeds once in a while is common. Make sure that you give him a good burp after each feed. Try to carry him over your shoulders and give him a gentle tap till he burps, and then make him lie down. Make sure that you don't overfeed him as well. Do not bottle feed. all these measures has to be taken care off
