Oh god no.
Please don't used any head shaper. Baby will regain his normal shape as he grows.
And nothing to do for extra hair as well.
All is completely normal.

Pillow usage at this age not safe as it increases incidence of SiDS. Head grows into a normal shape after baby grows up and is not lying down most of the time. Body hair also will shed as the baby grows.
It is not preferable to use pillows for newborn. Observe if he has a preferred side and try to position to other side if so. Try to use attractive toys to divert his attention.
Body hair will fall off soon, dont worry. It is to maintain temperature as newborns dont have temperature regulation like adults .
No need the specifically keep head shaper or something like that. Naturally baby will grow its shape on its own. It's genetically determined. Body hair is the first line immunity. If too much of hair present on face pls consult a dermatologist.
