Baby doesnot sleep
Hello doctors, My baby is 3 mo 10 days old. She hardly sleeps for 6 7 hours in whole day and which is mostly night. Rest whole day she keeps playing and does not want to sleep. If we try getting her in to nap she will sleep for 15-30mins hardly. Shes happy baby does not keep crying Is it ok for baby to sleep such less??

It's perfectly fine for the baby to sleep for 6 to 7 hours if she's not having any other issues. Although, monitor her sleep and general symptoms like, Temperature, activity level, development, feeding vision and hearing. Of you see anything out of the ordinary, consult a pediatrician accordingly.
