Hi
With breast milk we do find constipation and its normal for upto 7 days..please note as it's summer and feed more frequently and check for weight gain to know if breast milk is sufficient
If not passed for more than 7 days..please consult a pediatrician and get suggested for next action plan

If baby is active,playful ,accepting feeds very well ,no abdominal distension,no vomiting .you can wait for 1 or 2 more days .
