B12 & d3 defficiency
I feel internal vibration while standing, sleeping,while sitting wavy, hands shaking. Numbness in tooth, left feet. Belching, acid reflux, I feel fear if falling. I feel tired. And feel like sleeping. But don't get sleep. Sound irritating. I can't spend time happily with my children. I am on medication for b12 nurokind fast strip weekly once finished, Lumia 60k for d3. Monthly once No diabetes. Please suggest me doctor

Kindly do get hba1c test done and then rule out if your sugar levels are normal since 3 months on average as you have nervous problems and also get Vit B12 levels checked once and then consult doctor.
