Hello dear user, Yes no doubt that neurobion forte tablets is a very good supplementary medicine for vit B complex. So you can take it easily for a month regularly then drop for a week or two. Then restart the course as same. But only medicine will not help you to rich the vit B in sufficient . So start to take a proper balanced diet by involving vit B rich ingredients. Also take plenty of water to absorve vit B properly in blood.

You can have one capsule of Neurobion forte or nutrela vit b12 once a day after lunch

So no problem in having it for a month. But in case you face any of the following symptoms like Stomach upset, Constipation or  Nausea immediately discontinue the intake
