Vitamin D is from sun, so no problem of being vegetarian... and over medicaing with it is dangerous, as it has got side effects as well..
R u a vegan without taking milk n milk products r eggs?only then u may develop nutritional B12 deficiency...
N the most important, without any symptoms u don't have to take tablets...just have dietary supplements...like milk , cheese , eggs and a Lil sun exposure
