Azelastine hydrochloride and fluticasone
Sir/madam, I used azelastine hydrochloride and fluticasone nasal spray that time my sinusitis symptoms worsen so i take herbal like thulasi, thuthuvalai in food next after that i have throat pain... and swallowing issues... swallowing issues with pharyngitis not fully cured after 6 month my neck ct normal... its due to medicine side effect ... are due to post nasal drip  and sinusitis ?... what is the solution...

Post nasal drip, can also causes, pharyngitis. Drink plenty of water. GERD also causes , throat irritation sensation

Most probably it is due to post nasal drip Get yourself properly evaluated by an ENT Adv: Nasal endoscopy or NCCT nose with PNS
