Sir/Madam, I am suffering from nasal allargy, I consult ENT doctor, the Dactor suggest using nasal spray life long, using nasal spray(Azelastine hydrochloride and fluticasone propionate) life long.so plz explain this treatment was correct method, and slide effects

Since in nasal spray the dose of steroids is in micrograms and the drugs acts locally there is not much systemic side effects
U can cont the medication for long term without worrying
