Hello, Allergic problems since 1 year is quite a long time. To answer your question I would rather say Tab Deflazacort is right now best treatment for u.. It's a steroid tablet that helps u to reduce your allergic symptoms. Once your allergic symptoms are taken care of then gradually u will be shifted to steroidal nasal sprays and continue that spray for a longer time. The next line of treatment is Undergo SKIN PRICK TEST to look for allergens and start immunotherapy for allergens, but this too is very costly and long term treatment.
Next Steps
Continue given medication and Follow up your corresponding doctor for further management.
