I had pcos. Went through lot of ovulation stimulations with clomid and letroz. Ovulation occurs every cycle but I didnt conceived. My partner side is very clear, he doesn't have any problem.Got fed up with the synthetic drugs so I have recently started taking ayurvedic medicines like shri vyadhihari rasa tablet, ashoka ghrutham, ashokaristha and lodhrasava syrups. My husband is taking aswaghandaristham. Are these helpful for me. If so, how long these ayurvedic medicines takes time to absorb and work in the body? Please help me with this.Thankyou!

Madam, if an ayurvedic physician has prescribed you the above mentioned medicines please follow his/her direction accurately.
Ayurvedic medicine will start acting as soon as it gets digested and absorbed in your body. It depends on your body constitution and digestive power.
Please keep your digestive track clear. Drink luke warm water. Avoid oily spicy fried bakery and non vegetarian food. Avoid curd. Have warm homemade dishes only. Include lots of green leafy vegetables and fruits in your diet.
Next Steps
Keep your mind calm. Do yoga/pranayama/any exercise of your choice. Sleep before 9. Follow a strict daily routine. Always eat your meals on time.
