Depends on since how long you are taking Ayurvedic medicine. If you are getting better with that, you cam continue that only, but if not you can first start taking Homoeopathic medicines together with Ayurvedic medicines, and slowly you can stop Ayurvedic medicines and completely swith to Homoeopathy. Taking so many medicines is not a solution but taking proper medicine is a solution.
Next Steps
Consult if need help.

Every mode of treatments like ayurveda, allopathy, unani, sidha they all act in body in different ways. Every treatment has it's own principal. So, it is generally recommended to opt for only one mode of treatment. So, all your issues can be well treated with homeopathy. So, I believe there is no need to alternate this with ayurveda. But, if you are having proper ayurvedic consultation and maintain follow up and getting better with it than i will suggest you to continue with it as ayurveda is also a holistic form of natural treatment.

You should use one medicine at a time because ayurveda medicine are made from herbal things or the things use in our kitchen and some homoeopathy medicine are made from these products so their action can be coincide so may be you will not get relief from any one of the medicine So try 1 mode of treatment

Yes homoeopathic treatment can also be started. But avoid taking over the counter or randomly suggested homoeopathic medicines. They will never help.

It's better to take medicines from ayurveda or homeopathy... because both the systems use natural sources for the medicines preperation...and if the composition of your ayurvedic and homeopathy is same (example your using some ayurvedic and homeopathic medicine for your IBS...if they contain same type of composition) then you will be taking same medicine from both systems and main thing is you won't know with which system you got cured it.. with homeopathy or ayurveda...it will be confusing thing to analyse your health by physician of respective systems....
