I am a working software professional with high amount of working hours. To balance out l, I try to exercise daily and also play competitive sports during weekends. From past several months, I feel very unergetic especially after my weekend games...i experience a lot of lethargy, pain in my joints etc that takes 2-3 days to recover fully.
