Ayurvedic health supplement
I am a working software professional with high amount of working hours. To balance out l, I try to exercise daily and also play competitive sports during weekends. From past several months, I feel very unergetic especially after my weekend games...i experience a lot of lethargy, pain in my joints etc that takes 2-3 days to recover fully. Some muscle cramps can take weeks to recover. Can i take any ayurvedic supplement like ashvagandha safely to help my active lifestyle and aid recovery and improve overall energy levels? Thanks.

Hi For joint pain start Yograj guggul1- 1 tablet BD ( morning-evening) Mahayograj guggul 1- 1tablet BD ( morning - evening with water -Avoid- rice ,curd,maize roti For lethargy,weakness, muscle cramps Take Geriforte - 2 tablet with milk before sleep ( night)

In summer do not do heavy exercise more than your capacity drink warm water morning Avoid rice , curd, and maize roti
