Avoid extra weight gain of baby followin
I am 30 weeks and 6 days pregnant. My sonography shows 2300 grams of baby which is on higher side. I am not diabetic. My sugar level is normal when tested 2 weeks back. I am regularly doing yoga and cardio. I was very active physically so far. My pre- pregnancy weight was under control as I was doing gym and I gained only 6 kgs in  30 weeks of pregnancy. Also not eating junk food or outside food. Eating only healthy food. What can I do to control weight gain of baby to avoid Large baby at the time of delivery?
