16 weeks 6 days pregnant - 0 weight gain
Hi, I am not putting on any weight in pregnancy. Lost 2 kg in first trimester. 12th week NT scan showed everything normal. Waited till now 16w6d and still no gain. Is that okay? I am tired full day. I eat very small portions. Should I be concerned? I moved to a new city and haven't got any good gynec yet who is responding well.

Early pregnancy weight loss is manageable. Don't worry. Just see if the baby grows up to the mark. When u do anomalies scan shortly. U can compare the growth with the previous report as well. Try increasing protein content in your diet. Keep a target to increase 1 kg per month at least from now on

Now you should gain..eat properly..well balanced food also start protein powder and iron and calcium tablets.
