Hi.., im in my 6th month of pregnancy i have started getting muscle catch in calf in the midnight. ..from last week it was very light and stay for 15sec... but today it took 2mins to get relax...very painful after putting some heat it cane to normal... the pain was like how i felt is it forcing to move my muscle in on direction after rubbing and putting local heat it came to little control.. what is the reason for cramps in calf

Hi , this is a common complaint in pregnancy and there is no definitive cause . Make sure u are well hydrated and are taking your calcium supplements regularly .
