16 weeks pregnant weight expectations
I am currently 16 weeks pregnant. On 6th October when I checked my weight it was 75.75kg. On 12th October i.e. today it is 77.15kg. Is 1.4 kg increase in weight in 6 days normal? What is the weight gain expectations during the complete pregnancy? Any tips to maintain a healthy weight gain?

Might be two different machines you used. Weight gain has to be assessed from the pre pregnancy weight
