AVN HIP (Bilateral)
Hi, I hv avn in both hip since 2011 right more than left, in 2012 right hip diagnos with core decompress with bone marrow, however still I hv pain in both hips. I hv grade 4 now. Is this Regrow therapy will be helpful for me at this stage? . Actually I heard lot since 2011 of stem cell but at that time cost was high no insurance coverage and now it’s cover under ins however grand increased to 4. My only question: if I go for this therapy does this will be helpful in current stage.

Living with AVN bith hips with severe degeneration of hips and increase in grading leading to more pain and limitation of activity.
Stem cells therphy shows a good response in early stage of avn but in advanced stage of yours i doubt regarding the efficacy of treatment.
