Cough, chest tightness, breathing problem, when breathing a sound came out, it is very difficult to sleep at night because of breathing problem. It happen from 6 years. In the last one year nothing problem arises, but from last one week it is too much difficulties to breath. I take duolin inhaler but it relief me only for few minutes. I also take montec lc tablet. Please help me. It is too hard to live.

Make sure you are doing the correct technique of inhaler use, if yes then you might require a change in inhaler and pulmonary function test
Once the inhaler medications are optimised your breathing issues will subside
Oh.it is nothing.proper treatment is necessary. Many sport persons are there with this condition, achieving their heights.pl have Nebulisation and use inhalers. Pl have proper treatment. Pl consult pulmonologist for further evaluation and treatment.
It's very difficult,I understand and m very sorry for the same, please take nebulization with duolin and Budecort and consult with Pulmonologist for the same,you may also need an injection of steroid for rapid symptom control , please be safe
