Astaxanthin supplement
My wedding is on July 21st. But apart from that I would like to make my skintone even, and brighter. I heard that astaxanthin is a good antioxidant for it. Can I take that supplement everything after any meal? If yes please help me with a good astaxanthin supplement brand that helps my overall health and skin.

It can be taken as a supplement, ideally after a meal to aid absorption, though the exact dosage and timing should be tailored to your needs. Astaxanthin is a strong antioxidant that may help improve skin tone, hydration, and overall glow over time. It’s safe to take and can support skin health, especially before events like a wedding. For best results, combine it with a good skincare routine, sunscreen, and a healthy diet. Results may take a few weeks to become noticeable.
