Asking for my 1.3 years old son
My son is 1 year 3 months old. Days when he refuses to drink water, constipation really troubles him. Not sure how to help him drink more water and what to do during these days when he is struggling with constipation - is there any home remedy I could try or anything else that could help soften stools?

Yes, give him plenty of other fluids that he may like for eg: Coconut water. More salads, watery fruits and veggies, less refined carbs. Can try pureed figs mixed in milk or mashed banana. If it persists, please consult.
