Why do you think that it is due to arnica only? There are many causes that causes bleeding. It is a homeopathic medicine which has no side effects whatsoever. Please consult online or visit to your nearby dr and get all your tests done to rule out cause of your bleeding.

There must be some underlying pathology . Which might have resurfaced . Stop Arnica and wait for some time.
