Armpit sweat and lump/boil
I am having so much of sweat and burning/itching sensation in left armpit...
i feel a pea sized boil/lump as well, it feels swollen and pains when pressed...
It even pains my hands are pressed with my chest...

Appears like folliculitis.Apply warm cloth compression, keep the affected area clean with soft betadine, apply locally antibiotic cream bactroban.You may need oral antibiotics like clindamycin if not improving.
