Arm injury
Hi, my right arm is slightly shorter than my left arm by no more than 2cm. The shoulder also feels flatter compared to my left shoulder. My right arm is also unable to supinate and when I do try there’s a restriction felt by the shoulder/bicep area. Is there anyway I can fix this or if not m, how will it affect me if I decided to work out? Will there be an imbalance between my left and right side?

I think all questions you have can only be answered if you consult orthopaedic surgeon who can really assess your clinical status and may advise investigation if required
