Regular Stretching of Shoulder Muscles. Warm up and cool down is a must. Hot fomentation.

It can be supraspinatus muscle strain. Do check with nearby sports therapist or ortho. Before and after playing do shoulder stretching and icing for 5 to 6 minutes everytime.

Hello.... Shoulders joint is in position by lot of ligaments and capsure ... Forceful extension of arm may injure ligament which causes pain in arm ....you better stop practice for few weeks until it heals completely ... If it doesn't get x ray of shoulder joint and consult orthopedic surgeon....
