I am student who doesn't get much time for his health. I have a very bad appetite and my digestive system is very weak I think. Can you please suggest me some fruit or vegetables to consume daily so that this issue gets resolved. I smoke 2-3 cigarettes a day.

Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs as your digestive system is not so good.take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take jaggery, cumin seed, ginger, cold milk, banana, clove and saunf to improve digestive system.
