Any multivitamin that can be taken daily
Is there any multivitamin that can be taken daily without any possibility of overdose in future. Due to lifestyles, we might be getting proper nutrition daily so it's good to take multivitamins I guess. Most of the multivitamins that come in market are added with over nutrients because they are meant for vitamin deficient people. There must be some tablet for normal people like me having age 24.
