Anxiousness, Panic, Stammering
Hello, there is a serious impact on my speech if I get anxious. It can be on occasions like if it is a public gathering, I have to meet new people or any other such instance. I start stammering and even at times I get totally stuck while speaking and have to then use lot of fillers as well. I feel like I am in panic and body gets cold as well. Please advise.
