Stammering problem
I have a stammering problem. When I get tensed I will get more stammered. Normally I talk very well with my family and friends. But, when I talk in class, office I will get stammered. So, please help me How can I overcome my stammering problem.

There are two things you need to do 1. Speak in slow speed and emphatically 2. Speak only after you have said the sentence inside your mind. you may need a little medicine for performance anxiety

Hello . A speech therapist can help you in reducing the frequency of stammering and work on your communication skills too. Also, it is extremely insightful of you to have realised that there is a connection between an external stressful situation and your stammering. I suggest you visit a Counselling psychologist to help you overcome these stresses.

Hello there....., I can understand your concern... Speech and Language Therapy for people who stammer involves learning to reduce moments of stammering, or decrease the amount of tension when stammering. Techniques such as speaking in time with a metronome beat, or lengthening each speech sound can immediately increase fluency.... I hope this helps....
