Anxiety is a feeling of uneasiness and worry. So first and basic step is to avoid those negative situations where you get stressed and feel uneasy to express yourself. Others changes in a busy modern life can be like Making time for exercise: I know it may sound crazy but in a day if u spend at least 1hour of your time on exercise that will actually tire your physical body there by your mind will not have to take tension or worries that in turn increases anxiety. Regularisation of sleep patterns: A peaceful sleep to mind helps it to work efficiently which will in turn reduce stress and anxiety. Reducing caffeine in take: Many cooperate working people often take coffee, chocolates etc. in their break to relieve from stress but not many of them know that caffeine actually increases anxiety. So caffeine in take must be reduced. Stop smoking Reading books: Reading books is another method of reducing stress and it also helps the mind to be peaceful. You can also try these things;- This is What I analyzed after researching for days that , Why , What and How , ANXIETY EATS UP A HUMAN . What are the steps than one should take before getting exhausted by his own thoughts and exhausted feelings. Let's look upon the points , to How can we get rid of anxiety and stress : EXERCISE Exercises and physical activities are the best ways to reduce your anxiety level . Whenever you feel like there are certain things that are hitting your mind, making you feel sad for unnecessary Reasons . Stand-up , move your body , go to the open spaces , start running . Exercise and other physical activity produces endorphins , chemicals in the brain that act as natural painkillers and also improve the ability to sleep, which in turn reduces stress. 2. LIMIT ALCOHOL AND CAFFEINE A Source showed how caffeine increases alertness by blocking a brain chemical (adenosine) that makes you feel tired, while at the same time triggering the release of adrenalin that’s known to increase energy. While there are mental benefits to caffeine, high doses are known to induce anxiety symptoms, and people with panic disorder and social anxiety disorder are especially sensitive. 3. DEEP BREATHING Abdominal breathing for 20 to 30 minutes each and every day will reduce anxiety and reduce stress. Deep breathing increases the supply of oxygen to your brain and stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system, which promotes a state of calmness. 4. WELCOME HUMOUR A good and satisfying laugh opens up and then cools down your stress response, and it can increase and then decrease your heart rate and blood pressure. Ends up like : A good, relaxed feeling. It sooths downn your tension .Laughter can also stimulate circulation and aid muscle relaxation, both of which can help reduce some of the physical symptoms of stress. 5. MANAGE TIME Many don't have a Perfect Balance of what they want to do and what they do, it can cause stress and anxiety. Time management becomes a skill of spinning plates and more plates are added, and it becomes harder. Having a list of priorities is a good way to begin time management, as this will enable a better a picture of what is on our , and what time we have for these tasks. After a short practice you will find, managing time doesn’t take much time, and benefits are noticeable immediately and long lasting. 6. GOOD SLEEP 30% rise in anxiety levels can be seen if you are deprived of good sleep for one night. Brain scans revealed a shutdown of the medial prefrontal cortex — a brain region that regulates anxiety — following a night of no sleep. Further, the brain’s deeper emotional centers were overactive. So, How To Regulate Sleep ? Research shows that having a particular time for sleep and hitting the bed at that particular moment daily will help you get good sleep. Try to manage a place , that you use exclusively for sleeping . Try to practice something daily ( like reading or having a shower ) before sleeping which may act as a initiator for nerves to calm down . 7. TALK TO SOMEBODY Avoidance behavior is a huge part of what causes anxiety. When someone avoids something they need to complete due to anxiety, their anxiety will snowball over time. People who have high anxiety are often embarrassed by their anxiety symptoms. You can't expect to cure your loved one's anxiety yourself, no matter how smart you are, how much you care about them, or how much time you're willing to put in. Sometimes the best solution for how to help an anxious person is to help your loved one access a therapist. Hope , You guys find it useful and this helped you to have atleast a clue about how to fight anxiety for yourself or even for your closed ones .
