Anxiety when alone
Hi, I feel anxious when i am alone. Start having heaviness in stomach and mild heaviness in breathing. Is it anxiety? Is anxiety life threatening? Can it have affect on heart? Please help? Thanks

It's not a life theatning at all ..raised heartbeat, excessive sweating , sleep disturbances, restlessness, stomach upset , mild headache all symptoms of anxiety due to chemical imbalance in brain and it's curable

Yes it is anxiety. You should get treated for this and any other underlying mental health issues to improve the quality of life.It is not life threatening but if persists for a long time then can impact your daily life
