Welcome to practo. You may be suffering from a term called "anhedonia" i.e. General lack of interest in anything or loss of drive to seek pleasure. We need to investigate for depressive episode or any stress related condition. Dont worry as it can be cured with suitable medication and if needed counselling sessions. Hope you find this informative. Regards Dr Pankaj Borade
