Why do we become addicted to something? It is when we try to use it as a replacement for areas which need our focus and action. Porn and masturbation starts with curiosity and may lead to addiction when a person has lot of unresolved issues in life. When something is left unresolved,it builds anxiety and in order to relieve that anxiety, we become addicted to some things such as porn or masturbation. You can get out of it easily if you begin to work on identifying your unresolved issues and develop strength and wisdom to resolve them.
Next Steps
A Psychologist will help you to do exactly the things mentioned above. So fix up an appointment and talk about it.
