Anxiety towards life
M not able to trust people. They change frequently. I feel lonely and depressed. Not able to concentrate on my studies. Lost focus and ability to manage and plan things. Just scared of my life and myself too. Everything seems to be an illusion. Just fake. Inferiority complex and getting distracted easily. Failing at everything though i know i am capable.

Hi, from your description it is evident that you are overwhelmed at present with some life stresses. There could be underlying longstanding issues too which could have added a domino effect to your current stresses. Do consult a Psychiatrist or Psychologist to get clarity of what is troubling you and how best to handle these stressors . You can then begin to live to your potential, that which you are actually capable of. You need to rule out substance use too as some of the symptom descriptions can be due to substance use. Turst is a factor which should have been role moderlled by parents about this world and your immediate surroundings. Maybe there could have been a incident or situation due to which you could have lost it. Still to revive back and to lead a peaceful life do consult a Counsellor in ur city.
