Anxiety and depression
I feel very restless and full of anxiety sometimes , and my heart races . I don't even know the reason of this. I m a pcod patient and I take dronis 30. Sometimes I feel all this is due to pcod but I really can't recognise the true cause. I get worried unnecessarily. I over think. I feel Insecure. I don't trust people easily. I mean even after years and years I can't trust few people in my life . I don't know what's wrong. please help me??

Anxiety can occur denovo or triggered by stressors. It could be unrelated to PCOD too. Feeling insecure, not able to trust ppl etc are personality characteristics and may have been influenced by events in the past, parenting etc. It's just hard to form an opinion based on just this information. You ll benefit from a detailed consult. Medications as well as psychotherapy can help your condition. Plz see a psychiatrist.
