Anxiety, recurring thought and behavior
Hi. I have been struggling with depression and anxiety issues, on-off for almost a year now. The issues have started taking a toll on my social and interpersonal skills as I tend to shun people- both, who want to help and who don't. I feel frustrated over tackling simple situations and often lash out passive aggressively. How do I deal with this?

Loss of interest, decreased concentration and attention, feeling low and disturbed sleep or appetite are some of the signs of depression. Consult a psychiatrist who will assess you in detail. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless, seek professional help immediately.
