Anxiety problem ...
Iam suffering from anxiety problem. I experience panic attack daily. My exam are coming how to deal with it any medication to suppress panic attack during examination. In public situation and in classroom I experience shortness of breath and nausea thought racing feeling of something bad is going to happen. Racing thought affecting my sleeping. I consulted 2 to 3 psychologist but nothing worked. I consulted psychiatrist due to rare side effect from medication urination problem i stopped taking it. i tried different medication but urination problem still occurs after stopping medication  in 3 to 4 it gets normal. My condition is getting worse. I can't get out of home due to this anxiety problem.

Hi , if you feel Medicine is not working for you you need to change the Medicine and only do it under supervision of Psychiatrist . Apart from medicine you need to learn skills to deal with anxiety like relaxation techniques , cbt , Mindfulness techniques etc .. I would suggest to start counseling therapy sessions . It will help .
