Anxiety problem
I feel like crying for no reason..... even on little things.... some times I'm very happy and then suddenly I'm sad I can realise the change but I don't know what to do....

Hello dear You seem to be emotionally sensitive person and hence everything bothers you. You can try discussing with someone close and not take on yourself. Try to indulge in activities you like to uplift your mood and distract yourself when feeling low.
