if u cant change ur mental health conditions then medicines may be continued for long time.It is bettere to Consult a goos psychologist and tell hin ur whole case history and with the improvement of ur mental health ur medicine may be reduced in doses and then stopped.Along with alopathy medicine u also consult a good homoeopathic doctor for medicinal help. First of all u consult a psychologist.
