I tend to get the urge to poop every time I get anxious. Sometimes I even get the urge to poop thrice a day depending on the level of stress. Is it something serious? How do I help my situation?

It seems.. U r having stress bowel syndrome or irritable bowel syndrome.. In dat too ...detailed history is required.. As far as syndrome is considered dat is also not a big issue..! Easily treatable wid medicines & lyf style modifications.!
