Pooping more times
I recently started having jowar roties. I find myself pooping more times in a day . Do I need to worry about it .

Hi Those people who use jowar(Sorghum) as regular food they are more prone to vitamin B3(nicotinic acid) deficiency which leads to pellagra. Common symptoms are 4D's D= Dementia D=Dermatitis D=Diarrhoea And ultimately D=Death . Now it's up to you dear

No. When there is change in diet suddenly this can happen. If you want to change over to jowar food ,do it gradually.
