Anxiety, palpitations
Dear doc. I am facing anxiety issues from september 2016, palpitations are very frequent. There is shortness of breathe which is causing a lot a problem to me. My body's left portion is always paining with pain in head above my neck. Earlier I was diagnosed for vitamin B12 and Vitamin D deficiency and got complete medication but my condition didn't improved. Please can anyone suggest me what should I do as none of my visited docs are able to help me. Thanks

Tremors, feeling anxious or nervous, sense of panic, sweating, increased heartbeat, feeling of impending doom, stomach discomfort, dizziness etc are signs of anxiety. These can be debilitating. If the anxiety us overwhelming, consult a psychiatrist at the earliest. With the right medication and counseling, it is likely your symptoms will improve. Other than that, try yoga, deep breathing, meditation, moderate exercise, progressive muscular relaxation and guided meditation.
