Take etizolam as soon as you wake up for the time being. Try to meet your psychiatrist.

Medications are most often adopted for support. What heals the problem is psychological help like counseling /therapy/ meditation. You have not mentioned any details about therapy side.

There needs to be a comprehensive assessment for the cause of your anxiety symptoms, which I am sure your doctor must have done. it is also important to know that sometimes the severity of anxiety is a deterrant for engagement in therapy itself and needs to be controlled before any active therapy work can be started. Despite this I would suggest that you consult a psychiatrist in person( you haven't mentioned if your doctor is a psychiatrist) as modification in doses will definitely help not just in controlling anxiety but alleviating the underlying neurochemical imbalances and hence tackling the root cause Also psychotherapy should be sought in combination or independently, in consultation with your psychiatrist, it surely will help. For now, there is no quick fix remedy, kindly visit a psychiatrist soon. Good luck!
