Since 25 years. It. my father is fed up.

This problem is there from 25 yrs (after marriage) My mom, sometimes (monthly or yearly) sees a imaginary man or sometimes an imaginary woman around here. Sometimes she talks with them in her mind. They are negative thinking power. They tries to make my parents fight. Many like this incidents happened with my mother since 25 yrs. Also she able to see positive powers, like Sai Baba, Mahalakshmi and etc. She also talk with them. And these powers also comes in my mother's body. My father always consult this problems to a black magic baba. But only the solutions we get are temporary. Nothing psychological incident had happened with my mother in her past. Is there any solution of it. My father is fed up.
