Anxiety lady and normal delivery
Please advise on this.. I'm suffering with anxiety disorder n panic attacks and I'm very sensitive cannot tolerate small pain.. can I go for normal delivery or planned c sec which is better? My pulse Rate would be high everytime..
Apart from this problem my health is all ok..pregnancy scans Also good..
I want to deliver a baby through normal delivery at the same time I'm nervous..
Please guide me how to overcome this nervousness and which method of delivery is good to me and my baby..Thanks
