Tips for normal delivery
My wife is 34 weeks 5 days pregnant. Age 27 Weight 92.4kg Before pregnancy she was 70 till her 6th month she put on up to 88 from then she controlled her weight n now at 92.4 she is thinking to maintain same weight until delivery as per dietician plan. Sugar is normal Bp is varying between 90/60 to 110/80 Blood or haemoglobin is 11.4 Thyroid is 1.5 Fetal growth is also normal fundal height is 34.5cm She is active most of the times Doing walking for 10min 5-6times in a day in total 1 hour. We attended  child birth classes What else she should do for normal delivery?

After 36weeks she should do squats that will help Woden the pelvis...a lot depends on babies weight and position...all the best

Dont mind but she has gained too much weight.. excessive weight gain during pregnancy causes difficulty in normal labour and delivery. However its gud if she s active. 10 Mins walk is not goin to help.. ask her to do butterfly flaps and squats. rest depends on your findings and whether pelvis s adequate for baby size
