I am having anxiety since last 6-7 months..from the past one month its all been getting worse.. Feel like not going anywhere not talking to anyone.. I am preparong for competition exam.. So I quit my job to concentrate on it about 6 months ago.. I am doimg average in it now.. But I want better results.. And with all these moods it doesnt seem possible.. Health is also going down..

meanwhile, working out on things which make you happy rather than those which make you less anxious is the key to be happy. don't put too much pressure on cracking the exam. it's like you are being too hard on urself. relax, make a timetable, start with focusing on your studies half an hr a day and increase it to 1 hr within a couple of weeks. results will automatically come, but we should be patient enough to understand it will take time because we are not at our best at this moment..
