Dear mam Thank you for your query. Treatment of anxiety consists of psychological therapy, relaxation techniques and medications. You can see a psychiatrist or a psychologist for psychological therapy for anxiety and see if that helps you. Medications used for anxiety disorders are highly effective and safe to use. I can see that you are quite reluctant to go for medication.however I will suggest that you see a psychiatrist for a detailed evaluation and Treatment as anxiety can occur due to certain physical conditions for example thyroid abnormality. If you have any concern about medication have a discussion with the psychiatrist about it and then make an informed decision about the kind of treatment you want to go for. Thanks Regards Dr Ankita Mishra
