Hi...your anxiety needs to be evaluated in details..there can be a lot of reasons when a person feels anxious..it could be recent stress or some past events..
Looks like generalized anxiety disorder but it needs to be evaluated by a psychiatrist...kindly consult one to get relief from your symptoms

First Accept what u r going through, observe n focus on triggers n then start avoiding those people or situations. Do some relaxation techniques even go for a walk, join a hobby. Imagine positive things of the past n in future about self. Approach the support system.
