Anxiety fear nervousness and depressed
Hi i always concentrate on my breathing which is making me nervous and think that i cannot breathe or i ll stop breathing due to which i feel i ll die please suggest me how to manage really bothering a lot not able to lead a day life

This is apparently free floating anxiety which in aggravation causes feeling of impending doom where you feel that you might even die due to breathlessness. These are typical of Panic attack disorder. This is more of pre-occupation with lung disease which need immediate intervention.
